How can you support us?

Support comes in many different forms. Our club itself is a form of support for cancer rehabilitators and their affected parties, and we welcome anyone from individuals who’d like to cheer us on to companies that want to make a difference. Some of the most common ways people support us include:

Donations

Cash donations help fund the running of our club and are used for anything from dragon boat repairs, improved equipment, updating our club facilities, or anything else that’s needed to keep our charity alive.

Volunteering

We always welcome extra pairs of hands at our club, and this could come in the form of helping us set up for events, looking after the club facilities, or even just making sure the team has a warm cup of tea and a slice of cake after a race.

Sponsoring

Our sponsors usually offer a combination of donations and volunteer type support, but we’re open to hearing about any ideas you may have. We’re also looking to team up with local and national sponsors who would like to get involved.

Incredible donation from Haskins Garden Centre

Haskins Garden Centre was invited to the "Dotting of the Eye" ceremony and guest paddle of the new 12-man boat purchased with their donation to the Bournem Water Dragons, an all cancer dragon boating team.
